Can hospitality etiquette be learned? Yes, it can. You can learn about having good manners and using your social skills (what you need to communicate and interact with others) to bring about service excellence. CLIMB is a library of hospitality classes, all of which are one-hour in length, and delivered in an interactive, online platform.
