A learning gap refers to the disparity between an individual's current situation and where they need to be in order to be successful. In training, the learning gap is what needs to be bridged for a team member to reach the level of performance that is expected. As leaders responsible for creating an effective learning experience, learning gaps must be properly identified.
This class will identify different learning gaps that exist in the workplace, identify key questions to bridge the learning gap, and establish the right experience needed for learners.
