One of the roles of management is to encourage growth in promising team members.  Managing high performers and high potentials is quite challenging because their needs are different, and traditional managerial methods do not always work.

This class will help identify both high performers and high potentials, assess the value of performance vs. potential, and develop a strategy for a mentoring plan.
