Effective leaders in hospitality adapt to and set the tempo for how their departments operate. The timing of work is almost as important as the quality of it, and a good leader effectively balances both time and quality in order to provide a memorable guest experience.
This class will examine time management through the perspective of business culture, identify tools and technology that can help manage time and tasks, deconstruct larger projects into manageable pieces of time and work, and delegate responsibility for projects and tasks to effective team members.
