Hospitality professionals need to be able to formulate ideas and present them effectively.  Presenting effectively involves being clear and concise, persuasive; conveying confidence, to get others to think and act their way.  Whatever role managers are in, they must at some point, be able to convince subordinates, peers, superiors, partners or clients, to take a certain action or to act a certain way.

This class will teach the skills to present effectively, to write impactful proposals, and make presentations that deliver.
