In hospitality, work situations can be entirely different each day.  Safety issues can appear where and when we least expect them – like a delivery of supplies blocking the back-of-house hallways, or banquet chairs stacked well above 6 feet tall.  This class will discuss how to spot potential safety pitfalls, and to avoid injury.

In this class, there will be discussion of the eight most common workplace injuries, identifying the top 10 safety guidelines for every team member, determining the types and benefits of personal protective equipment, and discussing current associate safety and security concerns.
