Choose from individual classes, skill series and core series
To enroll yourself in classes or series, please add to cart and checkout. Once enrollment is completed, you will be directed to the learning management system for you to set up your account and access the class immediately.
Team / Dept enrollees
Once you complete your purchase for classes and/or series, you will be automatically set up as the group manager. You will be able to input/change names of participants whenever you please. You will be able to see seat usage and status of your enrolled team members.
You can provide your team members with access in two ways:
- 1, Input an email, the participant will receive an email with access information
- 2, No email necessary, just type in a name, then print out a customized instruction sheet to hand to the participant. The instruction sheet will have a unique website URL for the participants to use to access the class. There will also be a QR code that the participants can scan and be taken directly to the class.
As an enterprise client, you will receive even more preferential pricing and a private branded login page.
Additionally, enterprise clients can avail of external LMS and single sign on capabilities.

Once a class is started (logged in and first lesson accessed), class access expires in one month.
Once a series is started (logged in and first lesson accessed), program access expires in three months.
All purchases are valid for one year.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
For individual classes or series, there is no cancellation or refund possible.
For multiple seat purchases, a pro-rated refund of unused seats is only available within the first week after purchase.
If a refund is owed, the refund will be to the person or entity who paid within 15 calendar days after the: (a) date of cancellation by a participant or entity; (b) date of termination by the institution of the enrollment of a participant.
Permanent files are kept for all participants. Transcripts are available at any time after completion upon payment of a $5 fee. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
CEU Records and Records of Accomplishment can be replaced if lost. A $20 fee will apply. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
