Identifying and Bridging Learning Gaps

A learning gap refers to the disparity between an individual's current situation and where they need to be in order to be successful.   In training, the learning gap is what needs to be bridged for a team member to reach the level of performance that is expected. In order to create an effective learning experience, learning gaps must be properly identified.

Consider taking a class to learn how to identify and bridge learning gaps. You will learn to begin by identifying different learning gaps that may exist in the workplace. Next, you will discover how to ask key questions to bridge the learning gap, and finally how to establish the right experience needed for learners.

Here is an option for you to learn more in just an hour or more.
