Essential Skills When Being Promoted From Associate to Supervisor

For some hospitality team members, professional goals include being promoted for a job well done and moving up the ladder to supervisor or manager.  New leaders need to expand their skills to be able to interact effectively with customers/guests, those they supervise, their peer group, and the managers they report to.  When the time comes, getting started on the right foot in the new role is the most difficult, and the most important step. Specific skills can be learned to help make the transition to leadership a bit smoother and more effective.

Here is an option for you to learn more in just an hour or more.

CLIMB is a library of hospitality classes, all of which are one-hour in length, and delivered in an interactive, online platform.
