The concept of selling “service” refers to giving the customer the experience he or she wants and expects.  There are specific skills that can affect how successful one can convincingly sell and how one can connect with guests.

This class will define the five challenges of selling service, identify the six must have sales skills of a good hospitality team member, and show how to apply sales skills to selling an experience.
